Dr. Juan Antonio Castillo López has a distinguished career spanning over 35 years of academic and institutional service at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Azcapotzalco.

He serves as a Full-Time Professor in the Department of Law within the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Azcapotzalco, where he teaches courses within the Procedural Law and Amparo (Derecho Procesal y Amparo) curriculum.

His research and scholarly dissemination include over 40 articles published in specialized journals, as well as the authorship and co-authorship of several single-authored and edited books. Additionally, he actively contributes to the dissemination of legal culture as a speaker at national and international academic conferences and forums.
